The delightfully-named Wonky Woolins is a multi award-winning children's brand that ethically handmade and heirloom quality cuddly toys for children. They champion Irish design with eye-catching and unique toys, each of which also serve a social purpose being ethically handmade by marginalised women working in social enterprises in Morocco and Nepal.
Currently largely an e-commerce business (though they have previously appeared in pop-ups in both the John Lewis and Arnotts stores) The Wonky Woolins will bring their new range of toys to Showcase this month and owner Chloe Gardiner is hoping to attract lots of new retail stockists for her delightful, colourful range of handmade pals.

Ballinora Bees
The philosophy at small family business Ballinora Bees is to produce Irish honey bee products in the most sustainable way possible. For this Co. Cork business that means sourcing ingredients for their products that are free from chemicals or perfumes, using their own honey and choosing to partner with vendors who are making likeminded sustainability choices.
The business offers a range of quality products which includes raw Irish honey, beeswax candles, reusable beeswax wraps and lip balms, and, with skincare products also in the offing, Ballinora Bees is certainly one to watch.
